Ordering from M&S
The in store ordering facility at M&S has gone down the pan. An item I wanted wasn't available on the website so I rang my local store who no longer do in store ordering. I rang a store I knew I would be visiting in the next week or so but I was told that I could only order the item once I got there, not on the phone, so that would have meant two trips, one to order, one to collect.
Internet ordering is great when items are in stock but M&S use different warehouses and what are us customers meant to do when we can't get hold of an item on the internet, our local store doesn't do ordering and the closest one to me that does is 35 miles away. Aargh M&S
