The Early Learning Centre rigorously test their toys for safety and as such test them as a child would, i.e. suck them, throw them down the stairs, throw them and even jump on them.

The Early Learning Centre’s first store opened in the mid 70’s, and believe or not is now an empire of over 215 store across the UK, which you’ll be pleased to hear as you can now take your kids to your local store every Tuesday morning for a playtime session with other parents and kiddies. You can choose which toys to play with, plus speak to the friendly staff who will be happy to advise with any queries you may have. If you don’t have a branch near you that may be because they are already operating in your local Debenhams, Sainsbury’s or Boots so be sure to keep your eyes peeled.

If you’re an eco warrior then fear not, as of July 2007 ELC has been part of the Distributor Take back Scheme which helps to fund collection services for old electronic toys which are taken back to collection services and disposed of correctly and environmentally.
