Please note that a few items they sell are delivered to you direct from the manufacturer. This can take up to 28 days, although it's often as fast as the next day. Look out for delivery details on the product pages of the site which will explain if your item is affected

We can also remove your old product for recycling for a small admin charge of £7.34 when delivering your new product. All we ask is it's disconnected, defrosted and emptied.
