The best mobile phone special offers and promotions
I’ve noticed that mobile phone companies all appear to be pushing some kind of special promotion or free gift at the moment, so I thought it might be useful to list the best offers around, which might help sway your decision if buying a new phone. There are some pretty decent free gifts being offered, so if you take the time to look around you could bag yourself a new free TV or games console!
Mobiles.co.uk – free gifts
There is a fairly large selection of free gifts on a wide range of handsets at Mobiles.co.uk, so be sure to look through the handsets offered there before you buy. The free gifts include Sony Bravia 32” HD TVs worth over £400, Samsung or Sharp 32” HD TVs worth nearly £300, PS3 Slim consoles worth £269.99, Xbox 360 250GB consoles worth £199.99, Nintendo Wii consoles with Wii Sports Resort worth £199, Asus laptops and Jawbone headsets worth almost £90. Orange - £10 off pay as you go handsets
Orange are offering a £10 discount on any pay as you go handset with this special voucher code offer. The offer expires on the 5th of August, so if this is of interest you would be best not to leave it too late. The only caveat is that you have to spend over £50 on your handset.
O2 - free gifts
O2 are offering a free Xbox 360 with the following contract handsets: Nokia 6303i, LG POP, Sony Ericsson C903 Black and a Sony Ericisson Elm. You can also get a free sat nav if you choose a Nokia X6 or a Nokia 5800 Xpress Music handset on a contract. Plus, you can also get a personalised Albelli photo book when you purchase a LG Viewty Snap HM360 on pay as you go.
The Carphone Warehouse - free gifts
The Carphone warehouse are offering similar free gifts to Mobiles.co.uk, however they are on a different selection of handsets and deals, which means you have an even bigger selection of handsets to choose from. They are offering TVs, Nintendo DSIs, a PS3 Slim consoles, Xbox Elite consoles, and Nintendo Wii consoles with Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort.
3 Store – monthly discounts for mobile broadband
If you don’t have unlimited internet on your phone, then 3 Store are currently running a promotion where customers receive a £3 discount each month. Though, I would recommend ensuring unlimited internet is included in your package as mobile broadband can become very expensive.
